The Yarbrough Project was proposed by ASB Properties and was approved by the City Council in 2008. The project amended the Zoning Map and the Southport Framework Plan Land Use Diagram. Amendments to the project's Development Agreement are proposed and tentatively scheduled for City Council consideration on September 11, 2024. On August 15th, 2024, the Planning Commission approved the Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map for the first phase and recommended approval of the development agreement amendments. 

An Environmental Impact Report was circulated and certified for the project as part of the original approval. The project includes an approved Development Agreement.
